I wanted to show the care behind the technology. A phone can hold a very personal part of someone’s life, and service needs to recognise that.

With #CareWithJoy, we worked on making Vivo feel warmer. The film below is the piece I mean when I talk about that work.

What I wanted people to feel.

For me, the important part was the emotional bond people have with their devices. We wanted the service story to acknowledge it.
